Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00pm MST. NOTE: If the product you purchased is under warranty with the manufacturer and is needing service, contact us at 915-585-1194 and we will give you the information you will need to contact them directly.

  • Statement of Guarantee

    DBI Computer Service will make available equivalent replacement parts for a product sold to the state for at least 3 years after a products is discontinued.
